强化血液灌流治疗百草枯中毒并发急性肾损伤的临床观察

目的探讨强化血液灌流治疗百草枯中毒的临床疗效。方法选取我院2005-2012年百草枯中毒并发肾损伤患者共32例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各16例,对照组给予血液灌流+透析治疗,治疗组给予强化血液灌流+血液透析治疗。疗程3周。结果治疗组肾损伤多在停止血液灌流后恢复,而对照组肾脏损伤持续存在,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化血液灌流串联血液透析治疗可有效降低百草枯中毒并发肾损伤的发生率。

Clinical observation of paraquat intoxication combined with acute kidney injury treated with strengthening hemoperfusion

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of strengthening hemoperfusion in curing paraquat intoxication. Methods A total of 32 patients with paraquat intoxication combined with acute kidney injury from 2005 to 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis, the treatment group was treated with strengthening hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis, and the course lasted 3 weeks. Results The acute kidney injury were recovered after suspending hemoperfusion in the treatment group, while lasted in the control group after hemoperfusion, and the difference of the 2 groups had statistical significance （P 〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions Strengthening hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can reduce the incidence of paraquat intoxication combined with acute kidney injury effectively.
