2011年阳朔县艾滋病自愿咨询检测状况分析

目的了解阳朔县艾滋病自愿咨询检测（voluntaryconsultationtesting，VCT）情况，为相关部门制定有效预防措施提供依据。方法对2011年到阳朔县疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊自愿接受艾滋病咨询检测者抽血进行HIV抗体检测。结果艾滋病自愿咨询者共342人，HIV抗体阳性16人，阳性率为4．68％，阳性检出者大多有高危行为，尤其是以50岁以上的老人居多。结论自愿咨询检测人群艾滋病感染率很高，是感染HIV的高危人群，应该引起高度重视，加强艾滋病预防宣传工作和制定长效的干预机制已刻不容缓。

Analysis on condition of voluntary counseling and test of HIV in Yangshuo County in 2011

Objective To know about AIDS voluntary consultation testing （VCT） of Yangshuo and provide basis for the relevant departments to formulate effective preventive measures. Methods The blood samples of the people who receive AIDS counseling testing were tested for HIV antibody. Results A total of 342 AIDS volun- tary consultant took part in the VCT, among whom 16 people had positive HIV -antibody. The positive HIV - antibody rate was 4. 68%. It has been found that most of the AIDS clients had high risk behaviors, especially the elder people above 50 years old. Conclusions The people who receive VCT were an HIV high - risk group, which was supposed to be drawn close attention. It is urgent that the HIV/AIDS prevention propaganda work should be strengthened and meanwhile long- term intervention mechanism should also be established.
