青海省2008-2010年性病门诊就诊者艾滋病和梅毒监测结果分析

目的了解青海省性病门诊就诊者的一般特征,分析艾滋病和梅毒在性病门诊就诊者中的流行趋势和流行特点,为今后我省制定针对该人群的防治措施提供依据。方法收集性病门诊就诊者一般信息,采集静脉血进行HIV及梅毒RPR血清学检测。结果全省14 720例性病门诊就诊者共检出HIV阳性者13例、梅毒阳性753例,阳性检出率分别为0.09%和5.12%,性病门诊就诊者的数量呈逐年递增趋势。性病门诊就诊者中,青壮年与中老年的HIV和梅毒感染率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),男性与女性的HIV感染状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),就诊者中发现的梅毒病例女性多于男性(P<0.05),未婚者感染HIV和梅毒的危险性均高于已婚者。结论青海省性病门诊就诊者属于艾滋病和梅毒的低流行人群,但阳性病例数逐年增高的趋势不能忽视,继续开展性病门诊就诊者的HIV监测对掌握我省艾滋病流行情况有重要意义。

Survillance analysis on HIV and syphilis infection among STD clinic patients from 2008 to 2010 in Qinghai province

Objective To understand the general characteristics among STD clinic patients in Qinghai province and analyze the epidemic trend and characteristics, so as to provide a basis for formulating prevention and control measures. Methods The general information of patients was collected and the venous blood was collected for HIV and syphilis RPR serological detection. Results There were 13 HIV positive cases and 753 syphilis positive cases in 14 720 cases of STD clinic patients, and the positive rate was 0. 09% and 5.12%, respectively. The number of STD clinic patients was increasing year by year. The HIV and syphilis infection rate showed no significant difference between young adults and the middle - aged （P 〉 0. 05 ） . The HIV infection rate had no significant difference between male and female （ P 〉 0.05 ）, and the female syphilis infection rate was higher than that of men （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The risk infected with HIV among unmarried persons was higher than that of the married. Conclusions The STD outpatients of Qinghai belonged to the low prevalence of HIV and syphilis crowds, but the increasing trend of positive cases could not be ignored. Continueing to carry out the surveillance of STD outpatients has important significance to grasp the prevalence of AIDS in our province.
