摘    要:采用问卷调查、访谈、资料收集方法了解科研导师制实施效果.调查结果显示:大多数学生能够主动与导师交流学习或科研方面的知识,科研能力有所提高;每位导师都能根据学生需求,制定适合学生自身发展的学习和科研计划,督促学生认真实施;学生课题、论文和获奖数目呈逐年上升趋势.因此科研导师制有利于促进预防医学本科教学质量的提高.

Abstract:To understand the implementation effects of advisor system by using questionnaires, interviews and data collection, it is shown that most students actively contact with the tutor via face-to-face manner and improve themselves significantly. Each mentor can develop a student-specific learning style. The number of granted programs, papers and awards increase year-by-year. Accordingly, this advisor system can be believed to be efficient tor improving the teaching quality of preventive medicine.
