Implementation effects of advisor system for science research for undergraduates of preventive medicine

To understand the implementation effects of advisor system by using questionnaires, interviews and data collection, it is shown that most students actively contact with the tutor via face-to-face manner and improve themselves significantly. Each mentor can develop a student-specific learning style. The number of granted programs, papers and awards increase year-by-year. Accordingly, this advisor system can be believed to be efficient tor improving the teaching quality of preventive medicine.
