心电信息管理系统在医院信息化中的应用

心电检查是临床诊断特别是心脏疾病诊断中最常用的方法之一.心电信息管理系统应用于临床实践,实现了心电信息的存储、分析、编辑、查询等系统管理,同时与医院信息系统（HIS）进行双向数据整合,使心电检查融入到医院的整体信息化建设中,最终实现医疗信息全面共享的目标.本文以美国GE公司MUSE心电信息管理系统在我院成功投入运行为例,阐述其应用及发展趋势,对医院心电检查的信息化决策和进一步发展具有重要的参考价值.

Application of ECG information management system in hospital informationization

Electrocardiogram （ECG） examination is one of the most commonly used methods in clinical diag- nosis, especially for heart diseases. The ECG information management system being used in clinical practice realizes the ECG information storage, analysis, editing, and query. Concurrently, ECG information management system trans- mits with the hospital information system （HIS） bothway, integrates the ECG examination into the whole hospital in- formafionization construction, and finally realizes the goal of comprehensive medical information sharing. By putting the United States of America GE company MUSE ECG information management system into operation in our hospital successfully, we expound the application and discuss the development trend, which provides important reference for the further development of hospital ECG information management system.
