摘 要: | 食品消费是人类最基本的消费之一,近年来频频发生食品安全事故,食品安全已是一个全球性的问题,也是中圈面临的挑战之一。本文对中国食品安全问题及食品安全体系的完善和发展进行分析,并以此提出相应对策。
