ALT与HCV核心抗原及HCV—RNA相关性研究

目的研究ALT与HCV核心抗原、HCV—RNA间关系。方法对81例HCV—RNA阳性标本检测HCV核心抗原和ALT水平。结果81例HCV—RNA阳性标本检出HCV核心抗原阳性32例，灰区26例，ALT水平超过临床参考值56例，ALT检测水平与HCV核心抗原阳性程度呈正相关性。结论HCV—cAg仅与HCV—RNA复制密切相关，与复制水平无关。HCV核心抗原可联合HCV抗体检测提高血液标本HCV感染检出率，结合ALT可以评测感染状态。

Study on correlation of ALT, HCV core antigen and HCV- RNA

Objective To study the relationship of ALT, HCV core antigen and HCV -RNA. Methods 81 pa- tients with HCV - RNA positive specimens were detected with HCV core antigen and ALT levels. Results A- mong 81 patients with HCV -RNA positive samples, 32 cases were detected with positive HCV core antigen and 26 cases of the gray zone. ALT levels of 56 cases exceed clinical reference value. ALT level was positively correlated with detection of HCV core antigen positive degree. Conclusions HCV -cAg only closely related with the HCV - RNA replication and had no relationship with replication level. HCV core antigen can be com- bined with HCV antibody detection to improve the detection rate of the blood specimens HCV infection. Com- bined with the ALT, the infection status can be evaluated and measured.
