| 摘 要： | 目的测定虎皮猫正常血液、生化等数据，为动物试验提供参考数据。方法用全自动五分类血球计数仪和全自动生化分析仪对虎皮猫14项血液常规值和18项生化值进行测定。结果虎皮猫的正常血液、牛化参数均取得平均值及标准差范围。结论虎皮猫的血液学参数相对稳定。虎皮猫的血液学、生化等参数可作为动物试验正常值参考？

| Abstract: | Objective To determine hematological and biochemical data in the tiger skin cat, so as to provide references for animal experimental. Methods The 14 items of blood values and 18 items of biochemical values in the tiger skin cat were determined by automatic blood cell counter and automatic biochemical analyzer. Re- sults The mean and standard deviations were obtained including the hematological and biochemical parame- ters in the tiger skin cat. Conclusions The hematological data of the tiger skin cat were relatively stable. This hematological and biochemical parameters could be used as normal biological values in animal experiments . |
