| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨提高痛风病人遵医行为的对策.方法]采用访谈法进行问卷调查.结果]病人对自身疾病认识不足、自控能力差、治疗方法欠妥3项原因占73.96%,是造成不遵医行为的主要原因.结论]提高痛风病人对自身疾病的认识,养成良好的生活习惯,建立良好的护患关系,在全社会广泛开展痛风的防治宣传.

| Abstract: | Objective:Probe into the countermeasures to enhance compliace behaviors towards reasonable treatment of gout patients.Method:Influencing factors of noncompliance behaviors of patients were analyzed by follow-up interview filling out questionnaires.Result:Patients had insufficient understanding of there illness,poor self-control ability and incorrect treatment accounted for 73.96%,which were the main reasons for patients' noncompliance behaviors.Conclusion:One should promote the understanding of patients adout their illness,form a good living habit,establish good nurse-patient relationship and publicize extensively the prevention and treatment of gout in the whole society. |
