| 摘 要： | 目的评价盐酸左氧氟沙星序贯法治疗泌尿系统感染的成本-效果,促进合理用药,降低医疗费用。方法61例泌尿生殖系统感染患者随机分成两组,序贯组(A组)31例,采用盐酸左氧氟沙星300mg/d,静脉滴注5d,继之以盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊400mg/d,口服9d;对照组(B组)30例,采用盐酸左氧氟沙星0.3g/d,静脉滴注,疗程14d,治疗结束后进行成本效益分析。结果A、B两组痊愈率分别为41.9%和46.7%,有效率为80.6%和86.7%,不良反应发生率分别为3.2%和3.3%,经统计学比较,两组疗效相似(P>0.05),但A组的成本-效果低于B组。结论盐酸左氧氟沙星序贯疗法与单纯静脉滴注治疗相比,二者疗效相似,但前者显著降低了总医疗费用。
