复旦大学附属肿瘤医院2002～2004年抗感染药物应用分析

目的:分析复旦大学附属肿瘤医院抗感染药物的使用情况,为肿瘤医院抗感染药物的药事管理及合理应用提供依据。方法:对肿瘤医院2002~2004年抗感染药物种类、用量、金额和用药频度等进行归类、统计、比较和分析。结果:本院抗感染药物用量较大,其中头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类和洁霉素类年用药金额比例占前4位。用药频度以头孢唑啉钠、甲硝唑、头孢曲松钠列前3位。结论:本院抗感染药物的使用呈现与肿瘤专科相应的特点,抗感染药物的使用基本合理。

The situation of use of anti-infectives in Cancer Hospital affiliated to Fudan University during 2002-2004

Objective: To study the status of use of anti-infectives in Cancer Hospital of Fudan University during 2002-2004.Methods: Categorization,statistics,comparison and analysis of categories,amount used,purchase cost and defined daily dose(DDDs) of anti-infectives in the hospital during 2002-2004 were carried out.Results: The purchase cost of anti-infectives was steady in this hospital.Proportion of cost for cephalosporin,quinolones,aminoglycoside and lincomycin-like took the top 4 positions.DDDs of cefazolin sodium,metronidazole and ceftriaxone sodium took the leading positions in injective anti-infectives.Conclusion: The use of anti-infectives is generally rational in this hospital.
