姜黄素白蛋白纳米混悬剂的制备和体外释药研究

摘    要:目的:制备姜黄素白蛋白纳米混悬剂,并考察其体外释药性能.方法:采用溶剂蒸发技术制备姜黄素白蛋白纳米混悬剂,并对其形态、粒径分布和体外释药性质进行了研究.结果:姜黄素白蛋白纳米混悬剂平均粒径为245.2 nm,姜黄素白蛋白纳米混悬剂冻干粉复溶后平均粒径为240.3 nm.姜黄素白蛋白纳米混悬剂形态圆整,粒径分布均匀,平均包封率为(42.39±0.91)%,72 h体外累计释药率为96%.结论:姜黄素白蛋白纳米混悬剂制备方法简便,有望成为姜黄素的新型纳米给药系统.

Abstract:Objective : To prepare curcumin albumin nanosuspensions and study its release characteristics in vitro. Method : Curcumin albumin nanosuspensions were prepared by solvent evaporation method. The nanosuspensions were characterized in terms of morphology, size, encapsulation efficiency and in vitro drug release. Result : The mean size of albumin nanosuspensions before lyophilization was 245.2 nm and 240.3 nm after reconstitution. The distribution of particle size was uniform. The encapsulation efficiency was(42.39±0.91)%. In vitro release study revealed that the 72 h accumulative release percentage reached 96%. Conclusion : The method described to prepare curcumin albumin nanosuspensions is simple. It might be a novel vehicle potentially for nanoparticle drug delivery system of curcumin.
