超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术对老年性白内障患者角膜曲率和散光影响的研究

目的：探讨老年性白内障行超声乳化术联合人工晶状体植入术的手术方式、临床效果及术后角膜散光和角膜曲率的变化。方法：回顾性分析261例（272眼）老年性白内障行超声乳化术联合人工晶状体植入术手术方式的适宜性及治疗效果。结果：术后3个月随访,裸眼视力0.5及其以上者为262眼（96.32%）,0.05及其以上脱盲率为100%,术后1周、1个月、3个月的垂直径和水平径角膜曲率及散光分别与术前相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：老年性白内障行超声乳化术联合人工晶状体术获得满意疗效,是安全、简便、高效的手术方式。

Clinic observation of phacoemulsification surgical treatment of cataract and intraocular lens implantation on the change of the corneal curvature and the corneal astigmatism

Objective： To observe the clinic effect of phacoemulsification surgical treatment of cataract and intraocular lens implantation on the change of the corneal curvature and the corneal astigmatism. Methods： A retrospect was given to the 272 eyes of this operation. The fitness, clinic effect and complication of the operation were analyzed. Results： The eyesight of 262 eyes were 0.5 or above 0.5 3 months after surgery. The eyesights above 0.05 were 100%. Postoperative examinations at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months,the differences of changes in the corneal curvature and the corneal astigmatism were not significant between before and after the surgery （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Phacoemulsification surgery and intraocular lens implantation is a effective and safety way to cure cataract.
