间接膀胱测压法不同调零点对腹腔内压测量的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨间接膀胱测压法的不同调零点对测量腹腔内压力的影响,寻求能较好反映腹腔内压的最佳调零点,以指导腹腔内压的准确测量。方法:47例ICU需进行腹腔内压力测量的患者,运用间接膀胱测压法分别以腋中线与趾骨联合处为调零点进行测量,比较两者测得的腹内压力。结果:以腋中线调零点测得的腹内压均数为(18.55±1.91)mmHg,以耻骨联合处调零点测得的腹内压均数为(16.08±0.98)mmHg,两者之间差值95%置信区间为(2.08~2.86)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:选择不同的调零点会对腹内压的测量造成影响,推荐以腋中线作为腹腔内压测量的调零点。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the impacts of different zero reference positions of indirect bladder pressure measurements on measuring intra-abdominal pressure( IAP),and look for the optimal position to reflect the IAP. Methods: Forty-seven cases of patients in ICU in need of measuring IAP were involved in this study,we used indirect bladder manometry to measure IAP,and the pressure was measured at midaxillary line and symphysis pubis respectively,and we compared the IAP at these two zero-setting places. Results: IAP measured at midaxillary line was( 18. 55 ± 1. 91) mmHg,the IAP measured at the level of the symphysis pubis was( 16. 08 ± 0. 98) mmHg, the difference between 95% confidence interval was( 2. 08-2. 86) mmHg,and it was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Different zero reference levels can affect the IAP measurement,midaxillary line should be recommended as optimal zero reference position.
