右旋美托咪啶对全麻后置导尿管患者苏醒期躁动的影响

目的：评价右旋美托咪啶对全麻后置导尿管患者苏醒期躁动的影响。方法：选择普外科择期全麻下手术患者90例，年龄28—55岁，体重56～74kg，ASAI-Ⅱ级，采用随机数字表法，将患者分为对照组（n=45）和右关托咪啶组（n=45）。两组患者均在麻醉诱导后置入尿管。右美托咪啶组关腹前经静脉输注右关托咪定0．5μg·kg^-1（以生理盐水稀释至20ml，10min注射完毕），对照组输注20ml生理盐水。观察两组患者术中平均动脉压（MAP）、心率（HR）的变化及苏醒期躁动发生情况。结果：与对照组比较，右关托咪啶组麻醉苏醒期MAP降低、HR减慢，苏醒期躁动发生率也明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论：右旋关托咪啶可减少全麻后置导尿管患者苏醒期躁动的发生率。

Effect of dexmedetomidine on period in patients set catheter agitation during recovery after general anesthesia

Objective： To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on agitation during recovery period in patients set catheter after general anesthesia. Methods： Ninety ASA I - 11 patients, aged 28-55 years old, weighing 56-74 kg, scheduled for general surgery operation under general anesthesia, were randomly divided into control group （n = 45 ）and dexmedetomidine group （n = 45 ）. The patients in both groups were inserted catheter after the inducement of general anesthesia. Dexmedetomidine 0.5 μg·kg^-1 in 20 ml saline was infused intravenously over 10 min before closing abdomen in dexmedetomidine group, while equal volume of normal saline was infused in control group. Mean arterial pressure （MAP）, heart rate （HR） were monitored and recorded. Occurrence of agitation after operation were recorded. Results： Compared with the control group, MAP, HR of dexmedetomidine group were decreased. The incidence of agitation is significantly lower in dexmedetomidine group than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Dexmedetomidine can reduce the occurrence of agitation during recovery period in patients set catheter after general anesthesia.
