| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨斜卧位经皮肾镜取石术治疗高龄高危上尿路结石患者的安全性、有效性及治疗经验。方法：回顾性分析2011年10月至2013年5月采用斜卧位经皮肾镜取石术治疗高龄高危上尿路结石35例患者的临床资料。结果：35例均获成功,无中转开放。一期手术结石取尽28例,体外冲击波碎石3例,二期手术取石4例,结石总取净率92.5%。术中、术后无大出血,感染性休克,周围脏器损伤等严重并发症发生。结论：斜卧位经皮肾镜取石术具有创伤小、安全性高等优点,尤其适用于高龄、高危上尿路结石患者。
