| 摘 要： | 目的：比较彩色多普勒超声（CDFI）与超声弹性成像（UE）鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块的价值。方法：选取40例乳腺病患者,共81个结节,分别行超声弹性成像及多普勒超声检查,比较分析这两种方法诊断乳腺肿块良恶性的敏感性、特异性、准确性,以术后病理结果为金标准。结果：病理检查显示,良性62例,恶性19例。CDFI与UE的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为73.7%、72.6%、72.8%和84.2%、91.9%、90.1%。UE特异性、准确性与CDFI差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：UE诊断乳腺良恶性病变优于CDFI。
