托吡酯和左乙拉西坦单药治疗110例癫痫患儿的疗效及副反应比较

目的：评价托吡酯（TPM）与左乙拉西坦（LEV）单药治疗儿童癫痫的疗效及安全性。方法：选取2010年1月至2012年12月唐山市妇幼保健院小儿神经内科住院及门诊确诊的110例癫痫患儿,分为两组,每组55例,分别予TPM、LEV治疗并随访,观察两组1年药物保留率、总有效率及副反应。结果：治疗1年药物保留率TPM组为96.4%、LEV组为94.5%,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗总有效率TPM组为71.7%、LEV组为71.2%,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;副反应TPM组为10例（18.9%）,LEV组为9例（17.3%）,两组发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：TPM与LEV单药治疗儿童癫痫疗效及安全性等同。

Comparison of the monotherapy effects and side effects of topiramate and levetiracetam on 110 cases of children with epilepsy

Objective： To evaluate clinical effects and safety of single drug treatment of topiramate（TPM） and levetiracetam （LEV） in cases of children with epilepsy. Methods ： One hundred and ten inpatient and outpatient diagnosis cases of children with epilepsy from January, 2010 to December, 2012 in the Department of Pediatric Neurology, Tangshan Women and Children Health were selected and divided into two groups. Fifty-five cases were in each group and treated with TPM and LEV respectively, and then followed up. The drug treatment retention rate, total effective rate and adverse reaction in 1 year in the two groups were observed. Results： The drug treatment retention rate for 1 year was 96.4% in group TPM, 94. 5% in LEV group. The difference between two groups was not significant（P 〉 0.05 ） ; the total effective rate was 71.7% in TPM group, 71.2% in LEV group. The difference between two groups was not significant（P 〉0.05）; Ten adverse reaction cases（ 18.9% ） were founded in TPM group, 9 cases（ 17.3% ） were founded in LEV group. The difference between two groups was not significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The monotherapy effects and safety of TPM and LEV in children with epilepsy are equal.
