腹腔镜全子宫切除术140例临床体会

目的：探讨腹腔镜全子宫切除术在临床上的应用。方法：回顾性分析我院278例全子宫切除患者的临床资料,其中腹腔镜全子宫切除术（TLH）140例,经腹子宫切除术（TAH）138例,比较两组术中及术后情况。结果：TLH组出血量少,术后疼痛较轻,肛门排气时间、术后病率、住院时间及使用抗生素时间均短于TAH组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,手术时间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：TLH具有损伤小、出血少、痛苦少、术后恢复快等特点,值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical experience of total laparoscopic hysterectomy in 140 cases

Objective： To discuss the application of total laparoscopic hysterectomy in clinic. Methods： The clinic data of 278 cases of total hysterectomy were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed, 140 cases of which were about total laparoscopic hysterectomy（TLH）, 138 cases were about tranabdominal hysterectomy （TAH）. During operation and postoperation were compared in these two groups. Results： Ache and blood loss of TLH were lighter than those of TAH, and TLH group are shorter and lower than that of TAH group in the duration of anus exhaust and illness percentage after surgery and duration of being in hospital and duration of using antibiotic. The comparisons of the above items of the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the duration of operation had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： TLH is worth popularizing in clinic application since it has characteristics such as little damage, less bleeding, little painfulness and rapid recovery.
