血清促红细胞生成素水平与深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合关系的临床研究

目的：探讨血清促红细胞生成素（EPO）水平与深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的关系。方法：在52例中度烧伤患者中随机选择深Ⅱ度烧伤创面90个，另选30例健康志愿者作为对照组，用ELISA法检测对照组及烧伤者第12天血清EPO的水平，患者按EPO的中位数倍数（MOM）分为〈0．5MOM、0．5～2．5MOM和〉2．5MOM3组，对创面愈合时间、创面面积愈合率及6个月后的瘢痕评分进行评价。结果：烧伤患者血清EPO水平显著高于对照组（P〈0．05），创面愈合时间〈0．5MOM组同〉2．5MOM组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），3组创面面积愈合率与瘢痕评分差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；相关性分析表明，EPO水平与深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间及瘢痕评分均呈负相关（均P〈0．05），与创面面积愈合率呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论：EPO可以在一定程度上促进深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合。

Clinical research on relationship between the serum levels of erythropoietin and wound healing of second-degree deep burns

Objective： To explore the relationship of the serum levels of Erythropoietin with wound healing of second-degree deep burns. Methods： 52 patients with moderate burns were chosen, 90 wounds of deep second- degree burns were randomly selected as research group and 30 healthy volunteers as control group. The levels of erythropoietin（EPO） were determined in control group and patients after burns by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） on day 12.52 patients were separated into 3 groups： 〈0. 5 MOM, 0.5 -2.5 MOM and 〉2. 5 MOM according to the median multiples of EPO （MOM）. Wound healing rate,wound healing time and scar score 6 month after burns were evaluated. Results： The levels of EPO in patients with moderate burns was significantly higher than the healthy volunteers （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was a significant difference in the wound healing time between the 〈 0.5 MOM group and 〉2.5 MOM group（P 〈0.05） ,as well as a difference in the wound healing rate and scar score among these three groups （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. The correlation analysis showed the serum level of EPO was positively related with the wound healing rate（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The serum level of EPO was negatively correlated with the wound healing time and the scar score （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： To a certain extent, serum erythropoietin can promote wound healing of deep second-degree burns.
