摘 要: | 目的 探讨心肌肌钙蛋白T(cardiac tropoin T,cTnT)、中介素(intermedin,IMD)、高敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)和同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)在大鼠房颤模型中的变化及意义.方法 选用80只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为房颤1日组、房颤4日组、房颤7日组和对照组,每组20只.房颤组通过尾静脉注射乙酰胆碱-氯化钙混合液,每日1次,分别连续注射1、4、7d,建立3组房颤实验模型.对照组不做任何处理.各房颤组大鼠均于造模成功当天心脏取血,对照组与房颤1日组同日心脏取血,采用ELISA测定血清cTnT、IMD、hs-CRP和Hey的水平.结果 房颤1、4、7日组hs-CRP、cTnT水平均高于对照组(P<0.01),且其水平随着房颤时间的延长逐渐升高(P<0.01).房颤4、7日组HCY水平高于对照组(P<0.01),且随着房颤时间的延长而升高(P<0.01).房颤4、7日组IMD水平高于对照组,且房颤7日组IMD水平高于房颤1、4日组(P<0.01).结论 cTnT、IMD、hs-CRP和Hcy共同参与了房颤的发生和维持,通过干预上述因素可能会对临床房颤的预防和诊治有作用.

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes and significance of cTnT, IMD, hs - CRP and Hcy in Rats with Atrial fibrillation. Methods Eighty male SD rats were equally divided into 4 groups : one - day atrial fibrillation group, four - day atrial fibrillation group, seven - day atrial fibrillation group, and normal control group. The animal model of AF was established by applying Calcium Chloride - acetyleholind for one, four, seven days in rat tail vein, once a day. The levels of serum cTnT, IMD, hs - CRP, Hcy were detected by ELISA. Results ①The level of hs - CRP in rats of AF groups were significant different compared with that of control group (P 〈 0.01 ). The level of cTnT in rats of AF groups was significant different compared with that of control group(P 〈0.01 )and gradually increased with the extension of time of AF(P 〈0.01 ). ②The level of hey in rats of 4 days and 7 days' AF groups were all significant different compared with that of control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). The levels of IMD in rats of 4 and 7 days' AF groups were all significant different compared with that of control group( P 〈 0.01 )and gradually increased with the extension of time of AF( P 〈 0. 01 ). ③The level of IMD in rats of 1 days AF group was not significant different compared with that of control group(P 〉0.05). The level of Hey in rats of 1 day's AF group were not significant different,compared with that of control group(P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion cTnT,IMD,hs - CRP and Hey might participate in the occurrence and development of AF. The intervention of the 4 factors might provide a new clue in AF prevention, diagnosis and treatment of ideas. |
