硫酸镁和酚妥拉明联合硝苯地平片治疗妊娠期高血压综合征的疗效观察

目的探讨硫酸镁、酚妥拉明和硝苯地平联合治疗妊娠高血压综合征的治疗效果情况。方法对2008—2011年收治的240例妊娠高血压综合征患者临床资料进行分析，依据治疗方式不同分为治疗Ⅰ组90例和治疗Ⅱ组150例。结果治疗Ⅱ组治疗后血压降低明显优于治疗Ⅰ组，治疗Ⅱ组宫缩乏力、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、产后出血等不良反应发生率明显低于治疗Ⅰ组，P〈0．05，差异均有统计学意义。结论硫酸镁、酚妥拉明和硝苯地平联合控制妊娠高血压效果明显，产妇不良反应少，值得临床借鉴。

The observation of curative effect curing pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome by magnesium sulphate ,phentolamine and nifedipine

Objective To approach curative effect curing pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome by magnesium sulphate, phentolamine and nlfedipine. Methods To analyze 240 cases clinical data of curing pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome by magnesium sulphate, phentolamine and nifedipine in our hospital from 2008 to 2011, which was to be divided into cruing Ⅰ group （conventional treatment group）90 cases and eruing Ⅱ group（ magnesium sulfate, phentolamine and nifedipine combined treatment group）150 cases. Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of cruing Ⅱ group were better than cruing Ⅰ group, uterine atony, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia, postpartum hemorrhage of cruing Ⅱ group were lower than cruing Ⅰ group, P 〈 0. 05, the difference were Statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of curing pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome by magnesium sulphate, phentolamine and nifedipine were obviously and pregnancy outcome was good, which was to be used.
