如何在泌尿外科教学中开展性及生殖健康教育的初步探讨

目的：探讨如何在临床医学专业教学中开展性及生殖健康教育。方法：在对临床医学2009级166名学生的泌尿外科教学中，对多个章节穿插了性及生殖健康的相关知识如阴茎勃起功能障碍、早泄、性病及前列腺炎等，授课结束后进行问卷调查。结果：几乎全部学生对该授课方式很有兴趣，对大纲要求的内容也掌握得更好，同时，还额外获得了性及生殖健康的相关知识，教学满意度得到了显著提高。结论：在临床医学专业的理论课学习中，可在泌尿外科教学的适当章节穿插性及生殖健康的相关知识，使大学生获得比较全面及正确的性及生殖健康知识。

Preliminary study of the sexual and reproductive health education in urology course

Objectives： To explore the best ways of sexual and reproductive health education in the teaching of clinical medicine. Methods： Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health, such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, sexually transmitted diseases and prostatitis, was interspersed in several chapters of urology teaching for 166 students of clinical medicine. The questionnaire investigation was carried out at the end of teaching. Results： Almost all students had a great interest in the teaching methods, better grasped the content outlines and obtained additional knowledge of sexual and reproductive health. Teach- ing satisfaction was significantly improved. Conclusion： In the theoretical teaching of the clinical medicine, the sexual and repro- ductive health knowledge could be interspersed in the appropriate sections of urology teaching, so that students obtain a more com-prehensive and proper knowledge of sexual and reproductive health.
