珠子草总多酚含量研究

摘    要:目的建立珠子草总多酚含量测定方法,并对珠子草中总多酚含量进行测定。方法采用普鲁士蓝法使酚类物质配位显色,紫外分光光度法测定。结果在0.5274~1.5821μg/ml范围内,没食子酸浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系。平均加样回收率99.26%,相对标准偏差(RSD)1.46%。结论分析方法操作简便,精密度及准确度高,重现性及稳定性好,可用于珠子草药材中多酚含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish the methodology for determination of total polyphenol in Phyllanthus niruri Linn. Methods Prussian blue was employed for assessment of polyphenol coloration by ultraviolet spectrophotome- try. Results A linear correlation between density and absorption of galic acid solution was noted at the concentration of 0.527 4~1.582 1 Ixg/ml, with a mean recovery of 99.26% and RSD of 1.46%. Conclusion The analytic approach using Prussian blue is characterized by convenience, high precision and accuracy, preferable repeatability and stabili- ty and may be feasible for assessment of galic acid in Phyllanthus niruri Linn.
