摘    要:锁阳是我国常用传统中蒙药,化学、药理等多学科综合研究加深了人们对锁阳的认识.通过查阅锁阳研究文献,作者对锁阳中的黄酮类、萜类、甾体类、有机酸类、糖和糖苷类、挥发性成分和鞣质等化学成分及其抗疲劳、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗糖尿病和增强免疫功能等药理活性进行综述,并且针对锁阳资源保护及利用提出几点建议,以期为今后锁阳的深入研究、开发和利用提供参考.

Abstract:Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. is a popular and endemic medicinal plant used in traditional Chinese-Mongolian Medicine, and it has drawn much attention on the comprehensive recognition on the phytochemistry and pharmacology in recent years. This review critically summarized and consulted phytochemical compounds (flavonoids, terpenes, steroids, organic acids, sugar, glycosides, volatile constituents, and tannins, etc. ) and pharmacological activities ( antifatigue, antioxidant, anti-aging, antidiabetic, and enhancing immunition, etc. ) based on recent literature. It aims to provide a serious of synthesis suggestions on resource conservation and utilization of C. songaricum, and will supply references for further study and development.
