| 摘 要： | 通过皮下注射氯化高汞溶液造成家兔急性汞中毒模型。采用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定肾皮质、肺、肝脾组织过氧化脂质含量，观察复方丹参注射液对其含量的影响，并同时测定了血尿素氮的动态变化。

| Abstract: | An acute mercurialism model was established on rabbits by hypodermic injection of HgCl2.thiobarbituric acid colormietry was used to observe the effect of the compound injection of salvia miltiorrhiza,a chinese herbal medicine preperation, on lipid peroxides(LPO) content in the tissues of kidney, lung, liver, and spleen,and to observe that change of blood urine nitrogen(BUN). Results showed that LPO content in the tissues of the animal with acute hydrargyria was remarkably higher than that of the control group(p<0.01), and BUN concentration rose increasly. But the LPO content decrease significantly(p<0.01), and urea comcentration also showed some decrease after the compound injection of salvia miltiorrhiza had been given. These results suggest that the compound in jection can lower the LPO level in acute mercurialism tissues, and therefore that can alleviate the toxity of mercury, especially to the kidney. |
