| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨短暂性脑缺血发作 (TIA)患者的预后与发病后的血清C反应蛋白 (CRP)的关系。 方法 :测定 5 7例TIA患者血清CRP水平 ,门诊复查调查患者的预后 (即 2年内缺血性卒中的复发情况 )。 结果 :缺血性卒中复发组CRP水平较无复发组显著增高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :血清CRP水平与TAI患者的预后呈正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between the prognosis of transient ischemic attacks (TIA) and the level of serum C reactive protein (CRP) . Methods : 57 patients with TIA were measure d the serum CRP levels and investigated the prognosis by re-examinationin clinic service. Results : The CRP levels in the recurrent group(38 cases) were increased thanthe non-recurrent group (19 cases)( P <0.01).Conclusions : The level of serum CRP is positive correlation with prognosis of TIA. |
