中国城市社区卫生服务发展现状及展望

对城市社区卫生服务的发展现状作了综述，即：（１）社区卫生服务受到政府重视，相关政策逐步制定与实施；（２）社区卫生的管理制度和服务规范逐步建立与完善；（３）社区卫生服务的补偿机制正在探索与建立。（４）社区卫生服务的网格格局与服务模式初步形成；（５）社区卫生技术队伍建设得到重视与加强；（６）对社区卫生服务的研究日趋重视。在分析现状的基础上，指出了２１世纪我国城市社区卫生服务的发展趋势。

The Current Situation and Prospects on Development of City Community Health Service in China

The article summarizes the current situation and experience in developing the city community health service in China, namely: (1) The city community health service having been paid attention to by govenment departments and relevant polices having been formulated; (2) Its regulations and norms are being set up and perfected step by step; (3) Its economic compensation system is being probed into and established) (4) The service networks and models have preliminarily formed; (5) The education of professional staffs is being valued; (6) The community health service researches are being strengthened by related departments. On the basis of analysing situations, the author makes constructive suggestions on the future of city community health service in China.
