山东省济宁地区农村妇女孕产期卫生服务利用及其影响因素分析

为了解农村妇女孕产期对卫生服务的利用及其影响因素，对４２７１名０～１岁孩子母亲的孕产期保健情况作了调查。分析结果为：早孕检查率为８８．０２％。产前检查率为９８．４８％，前产检查次数≥５次占５７．９５％，住院分娩率为％，产后访视≥３次占２３１．６８％。同时对影响产前检查次数的因素进行了分析。结果表明：距乡镇卫生院的距离、孕妇的卫生知识得分和是否参加保偿制等是影响产前检查粢九的主要因素。建议应加强健康

Health Service Utilization and Its Determinants Analysis Among Rural Preg- nant Woman in Shandong Province

In order to understand pregnant women health service utilization and its determinants,4271 households with child aged at 0-1 were investigated. The results show that the antenatal examination rate is 98. 48% and the number of antenatal examination is larger than 5times,the hospital delivery rate is 96. 21% ,the postnatal rate with which the number of postantal visits larger than Stimes is 31. 68%. The results of multi -factor regression analysis show that the following three factors .which are the distance to township health center,the pregnant women' health knowledge score and whether or not they had participated maternal and child health care prepayment,are major factors affecting antenatal examination times. The author suggests that health education should be reinforced, and that maternal and child healthe care prepayment should be positively carried out,and that the supplier should provide high - quality and convenient rural community health service to pregnant women".
