Sysmex XE-2100全自动血液分析仪分析血小板性能评价

目的探讨SysmexXE-2100全自动血液分析仪分析血小板的性能并作评价。方法对SysmexXE-2100分析血小板的精密度、线性范围和携带污染率进行测定,再对SysmexXE-2100测定的120例住院病人血标本的血小板结果与显微镜计数结果进行相关性分析。结果XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪分析血小板的精密度、线性范围和携带污染率均在允许范围内;SysmexXE-2100分析血小板结果与显微镜计数结果相关性良好。激光法相关系数r为0.9937,P<0.01;电阻抗法r为0.9854、P<0.01。结论SysmexXE-2100血细胞分析仪分析血小板的性能良好,具有准确度高、重复性好、检测速度快和简便快捷等优点,是常规实验室测定血小板(尤其是低值血小板)的较理想仪器。

Evaluation on Blood Platelet Count by Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of Blood Platelet Count by Sysm ex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer. Methods The precision, linear range and contami nate rate of blood platelet count were tested by Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Anal yzer; 150 specimens were counted by Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer and comp ared with those under microscopy, then to analyze the correlation. Results The p recision, linear range and contaminate rate of blood platelet count are in the a llowable range. There was significant correlation in the results between two met hods, the correlation coefficient of PLT-O and PLT-I were 0.9937 and 0.9854 (P < 0.01). Conclusions Blood platelet count by Sysmex XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer is quick, convenient and accurate, it is satisfied with needs of blood platelet count in the clinical laboratory.
