叶酸治疗幽门螺旋杆菌阴性慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效

目的:探讨叶酸对幽门螺旋杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)阴性的慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)患者的疗效。方法:选择HP阴性的80例CAG患者,根据治疗方式不同分为叶酸治疗组(叶酸组)和安慰剂治疗组(对照组),每组40例,疗程12周。比较两组患者的临床症状评分、胃镜下观察指标评分及组织病理学评分。结果:叶酸组治疗后较治疗前临床症状评分、胃镜下观察指标评分、组织病理学评分均显著降低(P0.05),对照组各项评分治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。与对照组相比,叶酸组治疗后各项评分均明显降低(P0.05)。结论:叶酸治疗可以改善HP阴性CAG患者的临床症状、胃黏膜炎性反应和萎缩状况,具有积极的治疗作用。

Influence of Folic Acid on Helicobacter Pylori-Negative Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective：To explore the effect of folic acid on helicobacter pylori （HP）-negative patients with chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）.Methods：Eighty HP-negative CAG patients were randomly divided into folic acid treatment group （folic acid group）and placebo treatment group （control group）,according to different therapy methods,with 40 cases in each group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The clinical symptom scores,gastroscopic scores and histopathological scores were com-pared between the two groups.Results：The clinical symptom scores,gastroscopic scores and histopathological scores in folic acid group were significantly decreased after treatment （P 〈0.05）.No statistical significant differences were found in those scores before and after treatment in the control group （P 〉0.05）.After treatment,the scores in folic acid group were signifi-cantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）.Conclusions：Folic acid can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of HP-negative patients with CAG.
