95例食管癌三维适形放疗与常规放疗的疗效分析

目的:探讨食管癌2种放疗方法的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2005-2008年接受常规分割放疗(CFRT)和三维适形放疗(3DCRT)的95例食管癌患者的临床资料,分析局部控制率、生存率及毒副反应。结果:随访截至2008年12月,CFRT和3DCRT随访率分别为93.6%和97.9%,1年局部控制率分别为53.5%和81.6%,2年局部控制率分别为29.8%和50.2%,1年生存率分别为70.6%和87.1%,2年生存率分别为30.4%和51.5%。而治疗毒副反应相似。结论:食管癌3DCRT安全有效,无严重毒副反应,可以提高食管癌的疗效。

Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT) and conventional fraction rediotherapy (CFRT) for 95 patients with esophageal carcinoma

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of esophageal carcinoma treated with two ways of radiotherapy.Methods: From 2005 to 2008,95 patients with esophageal carcinoma treated with conventional fraction radiotherapy(CFRT) and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3DCRT) were retrospectively analyzed.The local control rates,the survival rates and the toxicity were evaluated.Results: The follow-up rates of CFRT and 3DCRT were 93.6% and 97.9% by December 2008.The 1-year local control rates were 53.5% and 81.6%,the 2-year local control rates were 29.8% and 50.2%.The 1-year overall survival rates were 70.6% and 87.1%,the 2-year overall survival rates were 30.4% and 51.5%.Toxicity in the two groups was similar.Conclusion: Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy is effective and feasible in the treatment of esophageal cancer,and the toxicities can be tolerated.It can improve the efficacy of esophageal carcinoma.
