| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清CA199和CEA在消化道肿瘤中的表达情况。方法:对2009年1月到2010年12月在我院住院治疗的938例消化道肿瘤患者的血液CA199和CEA检测结果,进行回顾性分析,分析CA199和CEA在不同类型的消化道肿瘤中的阳性率。结果:CA199和CEA在胰腺癌组的阳性率分别为54.5%和27.3%、肝癌为29.8%和10.1%、结直肠癌为1 8.7%和2 5.8%、胃癌为14.5%和8.7%、食管癌为5.9%和3.4%。结论:CA199和CEA在不同类型的消化道肿瘤中表达不同,胰腺癌中表达最高,肝癌、结直肠癌和胃癌中表达次之,在食管癌中表达较低。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of serum CA199 and CEA in the cancers of digestive system.Methods: Of the 938 patients with digestive system cancer from January 2009 to December 2010,CA199 and CEA in serum were analyzed.Results: The positive rates of CA199 and CEA in pancreatic cancer were 54.7% and 27.3%,in liver cancer were 29.8% and 10.1%,in colorectal cancer were 18.7% and 25.8%,in stomach cancer were 14.5% and 8.7%,in esophageal cancer were 5.9% and 3.4%.Conclusion: Serum CA199 and CEA were different expressed in different digestive system cancers. |
