| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨四跨膜蛋白CD151在胃癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法:免疫组织化学方法检测70例胃癌组织标本中CD151的表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系,结合患者的术后随访资料,对患者的预后进行判定。结果:CD151在胃癌组织中的表达比正常胃组织中表达高,其表达程度与肿瘤数目、组织分化程度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关;肿瘤越大、分化程度低、TNM分期高及有淋巴结转移者CD151表达越高(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中的CD151表达与胃癌的临床病理分期及组织学分型有关,参与胃癌侵袭和转移并且对患者的预后判定有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To examine the expression of tetraspanin CD151 and its relation to clinicopathological char acteristics in gastric cancer.Methods: Expression of CD151 was analyzed in 70 cases of primary tumors of gastric cancer and the correlation with clinicopathological characteristics by immunohistochemistry.Results: The high CD151 expression was significantly correlated with the poor differentiation,high TNM staging,large size and lymphatic metastasis(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The overexpression of CD151 was correlated with malignant phenotype of gastric cancer and probably implicated in invasion and metastasis. |
