中西医结合治疗风邪犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗风邪犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效.方法:36例患者随机分组,治疗组(20例)采用中西医结合方法治疗,孟鲁斯特钠晨起口服并加服中药汤剂；对照组(16例)采用西医常规治疗,孟鲁斯特钠晨起口服.结果:治疗后中医症侯积分、肺功能、症状消失时间两组比较统计学差异明显(P＜0.05).结论:治疗组在中医症侯积分的改善、肺功能的改善及症状消失时间方面均优于对照组,中西医结合治疗风邪犯肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效确切.

Observation of Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Cough Variant Asthma with syndrome of Wind Invading Lung

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on cough variant asthma with syndrome of wind invading lung.Methods:36 patients were divided into two groups randomly.20 cases in treatment group were treated with therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,taking montelukast in the morning and Chinese herbal decoction.16 ones in control group were treated with western medicine,only taking montelukast.Results:There was significant difference between the two groups on TCM symptoms total score,lung function and the extinction time of the symptom(P<0.05).Conclusion: Treatment group is better than control group on TCM symptoms total score,lung function and the extinction time of the symptom.The therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has good and reliable effect on cough variant asthma with syndrome of wind invading lung.
