| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腺泡状软组织肉瘤(alveolar soft part sarcoma,ASPS)的临床病理学特征。方法:对1例ASPS进行大体、组织病理学和免疫组化染色观察,并复习相关文献。结果:患者女性,39岁,肿瘤发生于宫颈。镜下肿瘤细胞排列成腺泡状,细胞巢之间可见窦状血管分隔,瘤细胞胞质内含丰富的嗜酸性颗粒。结论:ASPS是一罕见的高度恶性软组织肿瘤,结合临床及病理学特征,可作出正确诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical and pathological features of alveolar soft part sarcoma(ASPS).Methods: The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed for one case of ASPS.Histopathologica1 and immunohistochemical changes of the tumor were also observed in the paraffin-embedded tissue samples.Results:The patient was a female,aged 39.The tumor was found in upper leg.Microscopically,tumor cells with granular cytoplasm arranged in alveolar,and were separated by sinusoidal vessels.Conclusion: ASPS in cervial is a high grade malignant soft tissue neoplasm.And it is very rare.Careful analysis of the clinicopathological features will be helpful for accurate diagnosis. |
