| 摘 要： | 目的:观察透刺配合运动疗法治疗中风后足内翻的临床疗效.方法:采用阳陵泉透阴陵泉、丘墟透照海、三阴交透悬钟等穴位用透穴法针刺后配合运动疗法治疗中风后足内翻42例.结果:痊愈20例,显效15例,好转5例,无效2例,总有效率为95.24％.结论:透刺配合运动疗法治疗中风足内翻,疗程短,疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treatment of penetrating-acupuncture combined with exercise therapy on cross-foot caused by cerebral apoplexy.Methods: 42 cases were treated with penetrating-acupuncture in Yang-ling-quan penetrating Yin-ling-quan,Qiu-xu penetrating Zhao-hai,San-yin-jiao penetrating Xuan-zhong,combined with exercise therapy.Results: 20 cases were recovered,15 ones excellent,5 ones effective and 2 ones ineffective.The total effective rate was 95.24%.Conclusion: It has good and reliable effect for treatment of penetrating-acupuncture combined with exercise therapy to treat cross-foot caused by cerebral apoplexy. |
