康莱特注射液对晚期肺癌患者免疫功能和生活质量的影响

目的:观察康莱特注射液对晚期肺癌患者免疫功能和生活质量的影响。方法:应用康莱特注射液治疗34例晚期肺癌患者,治疗前和治疗2疗程后分别评价患者淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD56+的变化。结果:34例晚期肺癌患者治疗后CD3+、CD4+明显增加,经t检验有显著性差异;CD8+减少,CD56+稍增加,无显著性差异。生活质量改善:27例(79.41%)。提高10分者9例(26.47%);提高20分者10例(29.41%);提高30分者8例(23.53%)。稳定:4例(11.76%)。减退:3例(8.82%)。结论:晚期肺癌应用康莱特注射液可以增强免疫力,提高生活质量。

The effect of kanglaite injection on immune function and quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer

Objective:To observe the effect of Kanglaite injection on immune function and quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods: To treat 34 patients with advanced lung cancer by Kanglaite injection.Evaluate the changes of the subgroups of lymphocytes CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD56+ before treatments and after two cycles of treatments.Results: After treatments,the CD3+,CD4+ of 34 patients increased obviously.There was significant difference between the data before and after treatments.The number of CD8+ decreased and the number of increased slightly.There was no significant differences of the results.The quality of life of the patients improved in 27 cases(79.41%),9 cases improved by 10 scores(26.47%),10 cases improved by 20 scores(29.41%),and 8 cases improved by 30 scores(23.53%),4 cases were stable(11.76%).The quality of life went down in 3 cases(8.82%).Conclusion: Kanglaite injection can improve the immune function and quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer.
