| 摘 要： | 目的:检测子宫内膜癌组织中uPA、p-p38和VEGF表达情况并探讨其意义.方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例子宫内膜癌、32例正常子宫内膜组织中三者的表达.结果:子宫内膜癌组织中uPA、p-p38和VEGF分别表达定位于细胞核和细胞膜,其阳性表达率分别为51.67％(31/60)、55.00％(33/60)和43.33％(26/60)明显高于正常子宫内膜组织0、0、12.50％(P＜0.05).三者的表达与肌层浸润程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期及病理分期有关(P＜0.05)；在子宫内膜癌组织中uPA、p-p38和VEGF三者之间两两比较表达呈正相关(P＜0.05).结论:uPA、p-p38和VEGF在子宫内膜癌呈高表达,与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the expression of uPA,p-p38 and VEGF in endometrial carcinoma and the significance.Methods: All 60 cases of endometrial cancer,32 cases of normal endometrial tissue were detected for uPA,p-p38 and VEGF by immunohistochemistry SP.Results: The expressions of uPA,p-p38 and VEGF were located in the cytoplasm and endometrial.The positive expression rates in cancer group were 51.67%(31/60),55%(33/60) and 43.33%(26/60) which were significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissue 0,0,12.50%(P<0.05).All of them were related with myometrial invasion,lymph nodemetastasis,clinical stage and pathological staging(P<0.05).In endometrial carcinoma,the expression of uPA,p-p38 and VEGF was positively correlated with each other(P<0.05).Conclusion: uPA,p-p38 and VEGF were highly expressed in endometrial cancinoma and their expressions were related with endometrial carcinoma development and metastasis. |
