疏肝和胃降逆法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎60例

目的:观察中西医结合方法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例符合诊断标准的门诊及住院患者随机分为两组各60例。对照组采用西药铝碳酸镁(胃达喜)和黛力新(氟哌噻顿美利曲辛片)治疗,治疗组应用西药铝碳酸镁与自拟方和胃合剂,4周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应。并在治疗0.5～1年内进行随访。结果:经过2个疗程的治疗后,治疗组痊愈49例,显效7例,有效2例,无效2例,总有效率为96.7%,对照组痊愈38例,显效7例,有效2例,无效13例,总有效率78.3%,两组相比临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。0.5～1年随访治疗组复发率11.7%;对照组复发率26.7%,两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铝碳酸镁(胃达喜)联合和胃合剂治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效明显高于单独用铝碳酸镁,且复发率低,值得临床推广。

Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis with the Method of Dispersing the Depressed Liver-qi to Harmony Stomach and Calm the Adverse-rising Qi

Objective： To observe the curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on bile reflux gastritis. Methods： 120 patients accorded with diagnostic code of bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into two groups. 60 patients in treatment group mainly received hydrotalcite and Misture for stomach harmony. The other 60 patients in control group were given to western medicine therapy, hydrotalcite and deanxit. One treatment course included 4 weeks. After two treatment courses the curative effect and adverse effect were observed and recorded. And the follow-up visit went on for about half a year to one year. Results ： After two courses of treatment, in treatment group 49 cases were recovered,7 ones excellent,2 ones effective and 2 ones inef- fective. The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.7% , In control group 38 eases were recovered,7 ones excellent ,2 ones effective and 13 ones ineffective. And the total effective rate was 78.3% in control group. There was significant difference between the two groups on curative effect （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After 0. 5-1 year＇s follow up visit, the recurrence rate was 11.7% in treatment group, and 26.7% in control group. Also there was significant differ- ence between the two groups on recurrence rate. Conclusion： Misture for stomach harmony combined with hydro- talcite has good and reliable effect on biliary gastritis, is better than hydrotalcite only, and has low recurrence rate. It is worthy of generalization in clinic.
