| 摘 要： | 目的:研究细胞黏附分子CD44v3在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测42例原发口腔鳞状细胞癌及其中13例转移淋巴结内CD44v3的表达,并分析其与口腔鳞癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移等临床病理因素的关系.结果:13例发生淋巴结转移的病例中,在原发灶内CD44v3表达强度高于对应的转移灶,差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)；42例原发灶中CD44v3表达强度,在有淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组之间表达差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).CD44v3表达与患者的年龄、性别、病理分级等因素均无相关性.结论:CD44v3的表达可能与口腔鳞癌转移有关.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of CD44v3 in human oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)and the relationship between their expressions and the clinical pathological factors.Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CD44v3 of 42 OSCC cases and 13 metastatic lymph nodes.Results: In 13 cases with lymph nodes metastasis,the expression level of CD44v3 was much higher in the primary tumor than that in the metastatic site,(P<0.05).In 42 cases of primary tumor,the expression of CD44v3,between OSCC with metastastic lymph node and those without was same.The CD44v3 expression in 42 cases of OSCC was not related with age,gender and degree of tumor differentiation(P>0.05).Conclusion: The expression of CD44v3 may be related to metastasis of OSCC. |
