育龄妇女社区计划生育服务利用和意愿调查结果分析

目的:调查育龄妇女利用计划生育服务项目的现况、对开展服务机构的选择及影响因素。方法:问卷调查东、中、西部590名年龄18~45岁育龄妇女,运用SPSS 12.0进行数据统计分析。结果:不同户籍、文化程度、医疗保障的育龄妇女,在利用计划生育服务项目上存在显著性差异,但她们在选择开展计划生育服务的机构上无显著性差异。结论:育龄妇女的户籍、文化程度、医疗保障等背景是其利用计划生育服务的影响因素,建议政府应对不同特征的育龄妇女制定相应的优惠服务政策,充分发挥社区卫生服务机构的功能。

Study on family planning health service utilization and choice tendency to service organization of bearingchild women

Objective:To explore current family planning health service utilization situation and choice tendency to service organization of childbearing age women.Methods:590 childbearing age women aged 18~45 years old were selected from three representative cities including Hangzhou for eastern,Wuhan for middle,Chengdu for western.The quantitative forms which contained the basic health information,service utilization and choice tendency to service organization were completed.The data was calculated with SPSS 12.0.Results:The family planning health service utilization rates had significant difference among the different characters of childbearing age women.The health service utilization rate of local register childbearing age women was higher than that of external childbearing age women.The choice tendency to service organization hadn't significant difference among the different characters of childbearing age women.Conclusion:The factors which affect childbearing age women to make use of family planning health service include census register,education,health security.The national government should make more favorable health service policies for external childbearing age women.
