中西医结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁80例

目的]观察中西医结合治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法]将160例患者随机分为西药组、中西药组。对照组:用氟西汀20mg,每天1次口服,并对病人进行心理治疗,8周为1个疗程。治疗组:在对照组治疗基础上,加服自拟活血解郁汤治疗。比较两组疗效。治疗组的总有效率为87.50%,对照组的总有效率为63.75%,经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05)。结果]中西医结合组疗效优于单纯西药组。
