| 摘 要： | 本文分析了创新教育在卫生检验本科生实习中的重要性和必要性,构建了创新教育体系,包括树立适应创新教育的思想观念、确立创新教育的目标,构建有利创新教育的培养模式、构建促进创新教育的管理体制、培养能胜任创新教育的教师队伍、构筑支撑创新教育的条件保障体系和建立创新教育的考核评价体系.经过近十年的不断探索与实践,取得了一定成效.
