| 摘 要： | 本文报告了3例主动脉夹层动脉瘤患者,其中男性2例、女性1例.1例死于动脉瘤破入心包,心包填塞,1例曾误诊为急性心肌梗塞、1例误诊为风湿性心脏病、心力衰竭。

| Abstract: | 3 cases of dissecting aneurysm of the aorta were reported in this paper. Two cases were male. One was female. One of them died of rupturing into the pericardal cavity. One case had been misdiagnosed as acute myocardial infarction and the other one as rheumatic heart disease with heart failure. |
