慢性乙型肝炎患者T细胞功能的研究

本文以31例慢性乙型肝炎患者为研究对象,用CD系列单克隆抗体检测了患者外周T细胞亚群分型,观察ConA诱导的白细胞介素-2分泌功能,以及非特异性T细胞抑制功能(Ts)对B细胞抗体分泌的影响。结果表明,慢性乙肝患者体内存在T细胞免疫功能的异常,其外周血CD_4~+细胞比例低下,CD~+细胞比例增高,导致CD_4/CD_3比值下降,这种变化与HBV复制活跃的指标HBsAg~+密切相关。因此血清HBeAg~+是反映患者外周血T细胞亚群变化较敏感的指标。此外慢性乙肝患者T细胞产生IL-2的功能明显障碍,同时伴有ConA诱导的Ts功能低下,这种功能的异常与外周血CD_4~+与CD_8~+细胞亚群的变化无明显的统计相关性。

Function Characterization of T Lymphocytes in Chronic Hepatitis B

To investigate a possible relationship between the numbers of T cell subsets and the function characteristics of such cells, thirty one patients with chronic hepatitis B have been studied with standard monoclonal antibodies, ConA induced production of IL-2 and suppressor cell function. The results showed a significant reduction in the mean number of CD4+ cells and an increase in the proportion of CD8+ cells in those with HBeAg in comparison with fifteen controls. These changes predominantly reflect HBeAg status. Besides, the production of IL-2 of cells from patients was markly decreased (p<0.05) and the ConA induced suppressor cell regulation of IgG production was impaired in comparison with controls. There was no correlation between altered CD4+ or CD8+ cells and decreased IL-2 production impaired ConA induced Ts function.
