宜昌市2004年食品卫生群众投诉举报资料分析

[目的]为进一步了解食品卫生方面的群众投诉举报情况。[方法]采用分类统计的方法，对我市2004年157起有关食品卫生方面的群众投诉举报进行了分析。[结果]按食品生产、流通和餐饮环节，分别为28．66％、33．76％、37．58％；按内容、产品质量问题为48．41％、无证为43．95％、卫生差为3．82％、夸大宣传为3．82％。[结论]食品卫生问题是市民关注的热点问题，越来越受市民重视。

Analysis on Complaint and Report about Food Hygiene Problems in Yichang in 2004

[Objective]To learn the situation of people's complaint and report about food hygiene problems in Yichang city.[Methods]To collect and analyze 157 cases of people's complaint and report about food hygiene problems in Yichang city in 2004.[Results]The complaint proportion of food production,the circulation and the consuming were 28.66%,33.76%,37.58% respectively;According to the content,the product question covered 48.41%,no certification 43.95%,poor hygienic quality 3.82%,the exaggeration of propaganda 3.82%.[Conclusion]Food hygiene problem was a the hot topic to which more and more people paid attention.
