E-cad和PCNA在膀胱肿瘤中的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的探讨上皮钙依赖黏附蛋白(E-cad)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在膀胱肿瘤中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测1995~2010年76例膀胱恶性肿瘤和12例良性肿瘤,计算每例切片中癌细胞E-cad的异常表达率及增殖细胞核抗原阳性指数(PLI)。结果 E-cad在76例膀胱恶性肿瘤和12例膀胱良性肿瘤中异常表达率分别为84.2%、16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。膀胱良、恶性肿瘤中PLI增殖指数分别为(35.85±8.20)%、(80.24±19.52)%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两者在膀胱恶性肿瘤中表达呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论 E-cad与膀胱恶性肿瘤的浸润、转移有关,可作为预测转移潜能的指标,PCNA可作为恶性肿瘤增殖的指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the expressions of E-cad and PCNA in bladder tumor. Methods Immunohistochemical study for E-cad and PCNA from 1995 to 2010 were performed on 76 cases of paraffin-embedded specimens of surgical carcinoma and 12 cases of mastoid tumor, the E-cad abnormal expression rate of cancer cells in slice of every patients and proliferating cell nuclear antigen positive index(PLI) were calculated. Results There were significant difference in E-cad and PCNA between the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder (84.2%) and mastoid tumor (16.7%). The positive expression of PCNA was significantly increased with stage and grade (P < 0.05), the PLI were (35.85±8.20)% and (80.24±19.52)% in the transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and mastoid tumor, difference had statisticod significance (P < 0.05). But the positive expression of E-cad decreased with the stage and grade (P < 0.05). Conclusion E-cad has correlation with infiltration and transfer of bladder malignant tumor, the expression of E-cad and PCNA can be used to estimate the metastatic potenciality and help for the adguvant treatment.
