手术治疗与保守治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效分析

目的比较胃溃疡患者手术治疗和保守治疗的临床效果。方法将入院治疗的234例胃溃疡患者随机分两组：对照组给予保守治疗,实验组给予手术治疗,比较两组治疗后的疗效、并发症、半年后复发率。结果实验组的疗效高于对照组（P〈0.05）,复发率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,并发症如感染发生率高于保守治疗（P〈0.05）,两组之间差异有统计学意义。结论手术治疗相较于保守治疗对于胃溃疡的临床效果好。

The clinical effect comparison on surgical treatment and conservative treatment of patients with gastric ulcer

Objective To compare the clinical effect of surgical treatment and conservative therapy with gastric ulcer. Methods Two hundred and thirty four cases of gastric ulcer patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received conservative treatment, experimental group received surgical treatment, the curative effect, complications, the recurrence rate after half year between the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.05) , the recurrence rate of experiental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05) , the complications such as infection rates of experiental group were higher than conservative treatment (P < 0.05) . Conclusions The clinical effect of surgical treatment is better than conservative treatment of gastric ulcer.
