沙美特罗替卡松粉剂吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床评价

目的观察沙美特罗替卡松粉剂吸入后对支气管哮喘的治疗效果、安全性。方法将确诊的75例支气管哮喘患者随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组38例,给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂,每次1吸,每天2次;对照组37例,全身应用茶碱类、激动剂、祛痰药。两组常规给予宣教、戒烟、预防呼吸道感染及氧疗,疗程均为12周。治疗前后观察临床症状、肺功能FEV1、FEV1/FVC（%）]。结果治疗后试验组临床症状、肺功能较治疗前均明显改善（P〈0.05）,并且试验组肺功能改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘疗效肯定,安全性高,在基层医院的临床应用中效果显著。

Evaluation of the clinical efficacy and the safety of salmeterol/fluticasone inhaler for the treatment of bronchial asthma

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and the safety of salmeterol/fluticasone powder inhalers in controlling bronchial asthma. Methods Seventy five patients diagnosed with bronchus asthma were randomly divided into trial group and control group. During 12-week treatment, 38 patients in the trial group were prescribed salmeterol/fluticasone one actuation twice a day through inhaler, while 37 cases in the control group were received treatments such as theophylline, agonists and expectorants. Both groups were given patient education such as smoke abatement and respiratory infections prevention as well as oxygen therapy. Clinical symptoms and pulmonary function FEV1 and FEV1/FVC (%)] were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms and lung function were markedly improved in the trial group (P < 0.05), with statistically significant better results than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical application at basic-level hospitals, salmeterol/fluticasone powder inhalers are effective and safe treatment for bronchial asthma with remarkable effect.
